My name is Shanti and I have always had a love affair with flowers.
As a young girl I would pick them, wear them in my hair, crush them up in my hands and inhale their different aromas; during my lifelong career as a Spiritual Guide and Body and Energy worker, I frequently used them in my practice; and after retirement, I became an avid flower gardener.
Not only do I have a passion for them in the physical world, they hold deep spiritual meaning for me as well.
Flowers are living art and have magical energies.
They enhance our environments and also contain many benefits for our well-being.
The Apothecary
I grow all my own flowers on two properties in Florida…The Homestead Gardens and The Harbor Gardens.
My plants are grown with a planting mix that I make from a combination of organic ingredients.
I tend to each one with Love and enjoy creating various items from them such as fresh and dried bouquets, teas, potpourri, sachets, candles, skin and hair care products, and bath blends.
The Homestead Gardens
I started the Homestead Gardens at my father’s home in 2019 in Harbor Bluffs as a simple wildflower bed that expanded over the years into a sprawling fairy tale world.
The Harbor Gardens
In 2024, I began The Harbor Gardens in my current home in Safety Harbor.
